Ahhhh yes, it’s that lovely time of the year when the days grow short, cold and DARK!
…. Aaaaand for some of us, this also causes our energy and mood to majorly TANK. 😂
(Aka we get a good ‘ol case of seasonal affective disorder!)
I don’t remember when exactly it started for me, but let’s just say that at SOME point many years ago, I began to notice a thick, wet blanket of low energy and depression taking over me starting basically every single November.
(No, it wasn’t ACTUALLY a thick wet blanket, but you get the idea, hehe.)
And as you can probably imagine if you’ve ever been in this position before, feeling like you’re stuck underneath a thick, wet blanket of low energy and depression is NOT a very good feeling!
AT ALL.
So over the last 8 years, I’ve made it my personal mission to explore, come up with and try out different ways to beat seasonal affective disorder- and in today’s podcast episode I’m sharing the 10 most EFFECTIVE things that have worked for me in hopes that they might work for you too! 😊
Because I’ll be honest …
I think I’ve effectively learned how to beat the affective disorder’s butt.
