So … full disclosure: today’s episode is going to be just a TAD different from all of my previous 73 episodes!
In fact, today’s episode might even be just a TAD “weird.”
(Or a LOT weird!) 😂
But I recently just returned home from being in Costa Rica where I spent an entire week at Rythmia Life Advancement Center partaking in 4 plant medicine ceremonies and HOLY WOW … I can honestly say that it was 100% LIFE CHANGING, and in a very good way!
And just HOW good am I talking about?
I’m talking about the fact that ALL of my mental, physical and emotional trauma from the past 36 years of my life (even stuff that I wasn’t even aware about!) is all completely GONE from both my conscious AND my subconscious. I’m literally healed on a physical, mental, emotional AND spiritual level!
Let’s just say that my mind has been completely blown in the BEST possible way.
And that’s not even the half of it!
I experienced LITERAL MIRACLES. 🤯
(Ya know, the “concrete proof” kind that you can actually SEE!)
For example, my entire life my eyes have always been either near-sited or far-sighted, and my right eye has always been a “lazy” eye (meaning that it automatically turned inward and looked cross-eyed.) In fact, growing up I had THREE different eye surgeries in an attempt to fix it!
(If you’ve been following me for awhile then you might’ve noticed that I always look at the camera at a slight angle … and that’s because it’s the only way I could disguise my lazy eye and not look totally cross-eyed in the photo or video!
… And guess what?
During one of the ayahuasca ceremonies, my vision and lazy eye were miraculously healed INSTANTLY.
(I mean … whaaaaaat?! And that’s just about one out of a HUNDRED miraculous things that happened!) 🤯
So if you’d like to hear about this absolutely life changing experience where I saw LITERAL miracles happen to both myself AND to countless others, then tune into this very raw and personal look at my ayahuasca experience.
(Don’t know what ayahuasca is? Press play on the episode and find out!) 😛
Aaaaand lastly, below are a few photos that I took while at Rythmia which you might enjoy. 😊
(Also don’t forget to check out the handy links at the bottom of this post!) 👇🏻
So many beautiful tropical plants are all around the property! 😍
The tokens that you turn in each time you attend the plant ceremonies, more beautiful plants and a photo of the Labyrinth (which is a really cool thing that they have you do when you first arrive to set intentions for the week!)
On my very last day at Rythmia I finally biked down to the beach. For the first time since I can remember, I felt truly whole, happy and free. So I did handstands on the beach because … why not?!?!? 😛
There are hammocks all over the property and they are legit the most comfy hammocks ever.
A gorgeous Costa Rica sunset. Need I say more?
Some wonderful friends were made as we all helped each other get through (and process) the whole experience! ❤️
The FOOD there? Omg seriously some of the most amazing food I’ve ever had- everything was SO fresh, healthy and delicious. I mean yo … every last detail at this place has been thought out!
And lastly, a pic with one of the staff members who was just a bright ray of sunshine in my week (as corny as that sounds!) He always had a smile on his face, he always remembered my name and he was always genuinely interested to hear about how I was doing and how my experience was going.
(Seriously, the people at Rythmia are the best!)
But YEAH … hope you enjoyed looking at some of my photos from the experience. 😊
And of course …
Lovely links mentioned in this episode:
